With adequate skills, rich experience and creative spirit, we can assist customers to optimize mold design which would allow the mold to run efficiently and with high productivity life.We apply advanced international system---CAD/CAM/CAE in mould design and injection moulding.

We usethe  follwing software for engineering design:

2D: AutoCAD(DWG,DXF)
3D: Pro/Engineer, Solidworks and Unigraphics, CATIA.  (IGS, STP,X-T etc.)
Moldflow

All molds will be designed in 2D and 3D drawings, which will be submitted to our customer for confirmation, we will discuss with our customer and save no efforts to optimize the design.
